4. Listing and Transaction Terms
   1. a. By listing an item on Ancilemarket.com, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to sell the item and that the item complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
   2. b. You are responsible for accurately describing the item, including its condition and any defects.
   3. c. Ancile Market is not responsible for any transactions between buyers and sellers. Buyers and sellers are responsible for negotiating their own terms and completing their transactions.
   4. d. AncileMarket may, at its sole discretion, remove listings that violate these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations.
